1. Talk through the project

Send an enquiry or request a project audit. Describe the outcome you need and the tools you already use.

2. Agree the scope

Deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule, third-party costs, ownership and support arrangements are agreed in writing for each project. The website is an introduction to our services, not a project contract.

3. Review the work

Design and development are reviewed against the agreed scope. Any added work is discussed before it changes the plan.
